Educators Financial Group has been recognized on the 2024 Best Workplaces™ in Financial Services & Insurance in Canada list
Educators Financial Group® is proud to be named on the 2024 Best Workplaces in Financial Services and Insurance in Canada list.
Educators Financial Group received this honour after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.
The list is based on direct feedback from employees of the hundreds of organizations that were surveyed by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations must be Great Place to Work Certified™ and have exceptionally high scores from employees on the Trust Index survey.
“All of us at Educators are excited to be included as one of the Best Places in Financial Services and Insurance in Canada. Our ability to create an environment for both new and seasoned staff to grow professionally, to influence the direction of the company, and to enthusiastically serve clients has once again been recognized. A big shout out to the team, and all team leaders, for their commitment to nurturing our work environment.”
– Chuck Hamilton, President and CEO, Educators Financial Group
Applying for the Great Place to Work Certification is a two-step process. The first step is employee-driven, when company employees are surveyed using the Institute’s research-backed Trust Index® Survey. A positive score of 65% or more must be received for the company to move on to step two: the completion of a Culture Brief which outlines the company’s programs and practices. If the Institute’s benchmarks are met, a company is then eligible for certification.
Educators Financial Group not only achieved a 91% Trust Index score, but also achieved notable scores in a few categories in the 2024 survey. 93% of staff responded true that ‘taking everything into account, (they) would say this is a great place to work’. Furthermore, 96% agree that people care about each other at EFG, as well as 96% say that when they look at what the organization is accomplishing, they feel a sense of pride.
Educators Financial Group ensures their employees realize their vital part in the company in many ways, including through the company’s Communication Strategy, which allows employees to feel motivated and connected, and to have a sense of belonging to something bigger and unique.
