Educators Financial Group is seeking a Sales Support Administrator (4-month Contract) to join our team and assist the Client Advisory Services Team by providing essential administrative support and ensuring the efficient operation of client portal initiatives. This role is responsible for managing client relationships through the portal, enhancing user experience, and facilitating seamless communication between clients, sales, and the operations teams.

 

This role will primarily be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients in navigating the portal and directing technical issues to the management
  • Maintaining and updating the client portal user experience with relevant information, resources, and tools
  • Collecting and analyzing client feedback to identify areas for improvement in the portal and overall service delivery
  • Providing administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing meeting documentation, and making meeting confirmation calls
  • Receiving inbound calls from the contact center with a focus on helping clients by responding empathetically, transferring calls to Client Service Representatives and Financial Advisors

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of financial services experience preferably in client service, call center and sales environment
  • Post-secondary education or diploma in financial or related field
  • CSC/IFIC license would be an asset
  • Experience working both independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, MS Teams, Salesforce, and Wildix Telephone System
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
