Canada Post service disruption impacting mail delivery
As you may have heard, about 55,000 Canada Post workers represented by the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) are on strike as of 12:01 a.m. EST. If you receive printed documents for your account(s) by mail, or if there are any documents you’d normally mail to us, they may not be delivered until the service disruption is over.
During this time, you can easily access and manage your investments and account documents through our new, reimagined online access platform. When you register for online access, you will automatically start receiving digital statements, tax documents, and trade confirmations. No more paper clutter and it’s environmentally friendly. View, download, and print them whenever you want.
